Emmotts recognise the customers need for consultation and assistance when designing springs and pressings. This has resulted in the formation of a design and prototype service which can be used by the customer as required The service is available for spring design (Emmotts has an in-house CAD facility), material selection, tooling requirements, and, most importantly, the supply of pre-production prototypes. The versatility of the tooling section makes it possible to produce samples or small pre-production runs without incurring costly tooling charges. |
